An Immediate Transition Denture in 2 Appointments
Becasue all immediate dentures require subsequent relines or reproductions, we have developed a simple procedure to help make an immediate transition denture in less chair time and at a lower cost.
1st Appointment: Pre-Extraction

Full arch models or fully extended PVS impressions
- Centric bite for existing occlusion, Vertical/centric bite for modifying occlusion
- Stick bite/with photo to communiate horizontal plane
- Shade
- If no anterior teeth are present provide both Alameter and Papillameter measurements
- Alameter: to determine width and placement of anterior teeth.
- Papillameter: to determine length and placement of anterior teeth.
